Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Tymora’s application and website. Tymora is operated by Bekir Varol, an independent developer based in Bulgaria, using the Tymora name. “We” does not mean a separately incorporated company. Contact: support@clickhab.com.

Operator address: ul. Parvi Maj 8, Kardzhali, Bulgaria. Telephone: +359 894 355 676.

1. Who may use Tymora

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the salon or business whose information you manage. Provide accurate account information and protect your account, devices and access credentials. You are responsible for actions you authorize, not for matters that law places on us.

2. The service

Tymora helps organize clients, appointments, services, notes, files and financial records. It is not a medical, legal, tax or accounting advisory service, certified accounting system, emergency service or clinical decision tool. Verify entries, calculations, reminders, exports and professional decisions. We do not promise particular commercial, cosmetic or health outcomes.

Account sign-in uses Google or email/password authentication on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Personal-workspace and file synchronization are provided as described above; optional shared-salon collaboration has its own permissions and supported record types. Connectivity, third-party services and device settings can affect availability. Offline caches and synchronization may have limits. Do not rely on a screen preview or planned feature as a promise that a service is already operational.

3. Your records and permissions

You retain your rights in your content. You grant us only the rights reasonably needed to store, transmit, display and process it to provide your requested service and meet legal obligations. This is not ownership of your client records or permission to use them in advertising or train AI models.

You must have authority and an appropriate legal basis to enter client information, photos, voice recordings and health-related notes, provide required client notices, and obtain permissions required by law. Do not upload material that infringes rights or is unlawful, excessive or unrelated to your professional recordkeeping. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or misuse the service.

The English Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms when we process salon client content on your behalf in the cloud. The Privacy Policy and a registration checkbox do not replace those terms or your obligations as a controller.

4. Privacy and registration

Read the Privacy Policy. Registration requires affirmative agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement of that policy; the box is not preselected. The cloud version must record the account, document versions and acceptance time and enforce access rules. This acknowledgement is not a sale of personal rights, blanket consent for sensitive client data or a waiver of data-protection obligations.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Prices, billing period, trial conditions and included features must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Where offered through Google Play, subscriptions renew according to the offer you accept until cancelled in Google Play. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, subject to the applicable offer and law. Refunds follow Google Play’s applicable process and any mandatory legal rights; “no refunds under any circumstances” is not imposed here.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a platform subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not itself delete an account. You may request deletion without first cancelling. Verified subscription access is linked to your Tymora account and can be recognized on web and Android. The purchase provider remains responsible for its own billing flow. Manage a Google Play purchase in Google Play; manage a web purchase through the Stripe portal opened from Tymora. Do not start a second subscription through another provider while your existing subscription is active. We do not hold your full payment-card details.

Web subscriptions: where available, Stripe processes the selected monthly or annual subscription on a hosted checkout page. The full amount and billing period are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from Tymora’s subscription-management link; cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the paid period, with access retained until then. A payment failure, immediate cancellation or expiry may suspend paid access. Refund enquiries for web purchases go to support@clickhab.com; mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. Our current plan prices do not include a free trial. Any applicable taxes must be disclosed before purchase.

Plan changes and optional welcome offers

Plan changes use the original payment provider, rather than a second difference-price product. The provider shows the applicable credit, amount due, billing date and renewal price before you confirm. Same-period Google Play upgrades use a prorated price difference; other supported upgrades and billing-period changes use provider credit rules. Downgrades are normally scheduled for renewal. Cross-provider changes require managing the original subscription first.

Where available, the welcome offer gives eligible accounts that have never subscribed 40% off the first payment only. In-app eligibility starts after at least 21 days of recorded dashboard use, with activity on at least five distinct days. The offer can be dismissed and does not restart on another device. The displayed 12-hour deadline is the deadline to start the discounted payment session; an accepted Stripe payment quote is held for up to 31 minutes to complete payment. Google Play also applies its own eligibility rules and payment confirmation. Renewals use the regular price shown at checkout. Discounts do not stack or change storage allowances, and no subscription starts without confirmation.

Storage and monthly allowances

Free includes 25 MB of cloud storage, 20 new photos/files per calendar month and one voice-recording trial per account. Pro includes 1 GB, 300 photos/files and 300 voice minutes per month; Team includes 3 GB, 1,000 photos/files and 1,000 voice minutes; Team Plus includes 10 GB, 3,000 photos/files and 3,000 voice minutes. A recording lasts at most 60 seconds. Voice-recording counts are also limited to 600, 2,000 and 6,000 per month for Pro, Team and Team Plus respectively. PDF documents count toward the photo/file allowance. Team allowances are one owner-associated pool shared by supported salon uploads, not a separate allowance per staff member. A staff member’s independent personal workspace remains separate.

Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, including on annual plans. Total stored data does not reset monthly. Accounting uses 1 MB = 1,048,576 bytes and 1 GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes and includes encrypted payloads, pending reservations and recovery versions. Reserved upload bytes per month are limited to twice the plan’s storage allowance; deleting or abandoning an upload does not refund monthly upload counts. A failed or unused reservation releases storage after expiry and cleanup. Deleted or replaced files and previous record versions may remain counted for up to 30 days for recovery before scheduled cleanup releases their space.

Monthly media delivery allowances are 250 MB for Free, 2 GB for Pro, 5 GB for Team and 10 GB for Team Plus. Repeated delivery to different devices counts; opening an available encrypted device cache does not require a new cloud delivery. Media load on demand. Rate limits also protect the service from excessive automated requests. Reaching an upload allowance blocks new uploads; it does not erase existing records or automatically charge an overage. Media downloads may pause when the delivery allowance is exhausted. A downgrade preserves existing records but may prevent new uploads until usage is below the new allowance or the plan is changed. The application displays the current allowance and next reset date. User-initiated plan changes require the purchase provider’s confirmation.

6. Backups and third-party actions

Keep appropriate independent copies of important business information and review them before replacing local data. You choose the recipients and destinations for messages, calls, calendar files, PDFs and backups. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are responsible for our own conduct and obligations; we are not responsible for unrelated actions of recipients or third parties outside our control.

7. Availability and changes

To the extent legally permitted, the service is supplied on an “as available” basis without additional promises that it will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for a particular business requirement. This does not remove statutory quality, conformity, security or remedy obligations. We may maintain, update or modify the service for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons. Material adverse changes to paid services will be handled with the notice and termination/remedy rights required by law. We will not apply a new price retroactively to a period already purchased.

8. Liability limits

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where protected by law, mandatory consumer remedies, or applicable data-protection rights and compensation. Nor does it excuse a breach of a non-excludable core obligation.

For business use, only to the extent legally permitted and reasonable in the circumstances, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses such as lost prospective profit or business opportunity. For other claims that may lawfully be capped, our total aggregate liability arising from the service in a 12-month period is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the fees you paid us for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. This cap does not apply to the non-excludable matters above or where it would be unfair or unenforceable under applicable law. Your duty to keep backups does not remove our responsibility for losses for which the law makes us liable.

9. Business-user responsibility for third-party claims

If you use Tymora as a business, and only to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable direct costs caused by content you had no right to upload or by your deliberate unlawful misuse. This does not cover claims caused by our own breach, fault or legal obligations. We will notify you and allow reasonable participation in the defense; no settlement imposing an obligation on you will be made without your agreement. This clause is not imposed on consumers where prohibited or unfair.

10. Suspension, termination and deletion

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, non-payment or a material breach. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue. Restrictions must not unlawfully prevent you exercising data rights or requesting deletion. See Account & data deletion. Any cloud shutdown must include the notices and data access/export or deletion opportunities required by law.

11. Governing law and rights

Bulgarian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection in your country of habitual residence or of courts and remedies available under applicable law. These Terms do not require exclusive foreign courts, compulsory arbitration or waiver of a regulator complaint where those restrictions would be unlawful.

12. English documents and updates

The maintained version is in English. Ask for clarification before agreeing if you do not understand it. Mandatory local-language and accessibility requirements remain applicable. Material revisions will be identified by a new version date, with further notice or agreement where required. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply only to the extent legally permitted, without rewriting an unfair term to deprive you of protection.

Shared salon workspaces

The shared-workspace feature allows one owner and up to four staff members on Team, or one owner and up to twenty staff members on Team Plus. Owners control invitations, appointment scope, editing, access to the full client directory and financial access. You must invite only people entitled to access the salon’s information, review permissions regularly and use your own verified account. Do not share passwords. A salon owner is responsible for choosing appropriate access and establishing a lawful basis for processing client and staff information. These responsibilities do not exclude Tymora’s own obligations under applicable law. Access removal cannot recall information already viewed, copied or exported by a member. The current feature does not automatically import personal records, synchronize files or send invitation emails. Shared record use requires internet access. Data entered in the shared salon is stored on Google Cloud Firestore as described in the Privacy Policy.
